-to have 1 black walnut table. 1 large iron pot, 1 tea kettle, I large—, 3 chairs
2. Mary Kidwell --daughter
-to have I large chest, 5 chairs. 1 wheel, I small iron pot, ] large stone pot and testatrix's wearing apparel
3. Francis Mudd --son
-to have Negro woman "Herty" (1) and her children who are now in the possession of testatrix's son Francis
-to have l pair of hand mill stones, 1 horse, I small stone jug, 1 butter pot and I linen wheel
-both of testatrix's sons each to have 1 bed and furn and all the remaining. part of the personal estate to be divided between them
-Francis and Thomas Nathaniel named executors of the will
4. Francis Mudd Kidwell --grandson
-after the death of testatrix's daughter Mary to have Negro girl "Maria" with the provision that testatrix's daughter Mary to have the use of her for her natural life and should "Marie have issue. then they are to be shared by Francis and his btothers then living

5. Ann Harriet Kidwell --granddaughter
-to have at the death of testatrix's daughter Mary. a Negro girl named 'Nancy" and that testatrix's daughter to have the use of her for her natural life and should "Nancy" have issue, then they are to be divided equally between Ann and her sisters
