-to have 200 acres of land that is to say 100 acres of land to each and to be laid off adjoining to eaeh others lands out of one or both of testator's tracts of land lying in Monongalia County, Virginia and to be laid out by testator's friends Francis Wannan and Joseph Jenkins as they see most proper and so as not to render he remainder of 2 tracts inconvenient for three settlements. one of the aforesaid tracts of land was patented in testator's name and the other was purchased from Bartholomew Jenkins

-testator's three sons, Joshua, Fielder, and Colmore to have all the remaining land lying in "Monongalia County' Virginia share and share alike
13, Elizabeth Pope --wife
-to have all the remaining part of testator's personal estate and all the money from the sale of testator's tract of land "Holly Spring" which is to be sold at public sale to the highest bidder
-to have all of testator's tract of land called "Stoney Hill" whereon testator now dwells for her natural life and that testator's daughters Drucilla and Eleanor have a home an testator's plantation for their single lives and to have the tract at widow's decease -named executrix of the will
