Henry Wood's First Account. May 8, 1779.
The account of Mary Wood, Administratrix of Henry Wood, late of CC, deceased, viz -
Debts include: the inventory of ad deceased's estate, exhibited into Orphan Court on Mar 28, 1778, amounting to 279 £14 shillings 11 pence; a crop of tobacco left by the deceased. The whole amount: 444 £1 shilling 7 pence.
Disbursements went to: Sarah Cole, part of a bond dated Jun 4, 1773, paid in the deceased's lifetime, and interest thereon accepted by Mrs. Cole; Mr. William Mollison on a mortgage dated Dec 3, 1778; John Layman; Martha Sheed; Christian Bryan as per a judgment against the accountant; John Smith as per judgment against this accountant as admx, Nov Court, 1778; John Rowe; James Palmer; Doctor Gust. Brown; Walter Pye for rent; Benj'n Cawood, Collector, for Assessment; Thomas Emerson; Walter Hanson, Register, for Letters and recording Inventory and for stating, passing, & recording this account. Balance accountable: 111 £9 shillings 4 pence.
Securities: Pearson Chapman & Richard Dent of CC.
Representatives: the Widow and 9 children, viz, Eleanor, Anne, and Mary, at age, Ignatious, Benjamin, Thomas, Teresia, Sarah, and Feilder Wood, ages not known.

-to have all that part of "Boone's Folly" that testator has a right to lying to the east of the road which leads to the Catholic Chapel with the original line of "Boone's Folly" to a fixed stone and the line of "Hazard to Brookwood" and with the line of "Brookewood" to the road and also to have al l the land testator has right to lying to the southwest of the "Brookewood" line next to Mr. Eversfield
2 Francis Boone --son
-to have all the land testator has a right to being "Boone's Chance" lying to the westward of a line drawn from a fixed stone for Elexius Boone's land and from the stone to strike the easternmost small branch of the two that leads down from towards the main road that leads toward Grubtown and from the head of the said branch w/ a straight line
to the aforesaid road
-to have all that part of land which testator purchased from Robert Darnall lying to the eastward of a fence now standing and near the middle of the land running up towards the land of Mr. Stephen West-from that fence eastward and adjoining, the land of Thomas Hamilton

I, Henry Wood of CC, planter, for 78 £5 shillings and B [pence], have sold to William Molleson, merchant in London, 1 Negro lad called Sam, about 15 years old, 1 Negro girl called Sue, about 12 years old, 1 black horse, 1 sorrel mare, 1 roan colt, and 14 cattle.
