County, on the west side of the dividing creek of Patuxent River, and on St. Charles Branch, bounding on land of CHARLES BROOKE, and on THOMAS TRYMAN'S (also spelled TRUMAN) "Deer Bought." Said land was originally patented to JOHN RUNES, Calvert County, planter, who conveyed the land to DAVID SMALL, 21 September 1694.
