      Wife: Lydia - Negroes, plantation whereon I now live during her natural life, and no longer - 328 acres - all estate, real and personal.
      Children: Joseph, Myma Mauzy, Rose Withers, Hannah Porter, Housen, Mary Wright, dec'd. - Negroes, heretofore given them.
      Son: Housen - after death of wife - plantation of 328 acres - remainder to be sold and money equally divided between dau. Lydia Obannon, son Joseph Duncan, dau. Myma Mauzy, dau. Rose Withers, dau. Hannah Porter, and son Housen Duncan.
