To dau. Elizabeth and hrs., 150 A., "Lancaster," on Broad Ck, also tract of land in Piscataway, Pr. Geo. County, called "Containing {sic Conclusion},"" and personalty.
Extx. to sell all real estate not before mentioned for the payment of debts, the money remaining to be equally divided between wife and two child.
To wife Anne, extx., dwelling plantation and so much land adj. to make up 300 acres; at her decease to pass to son Thos. and hrs.
