Son: Benjamin Garner - whatever I have heretofore put unto his possession also ten shillings
Son: James - (as above) also the tract of land
whereon he now lives, as follows: .. James Wither's line formerly purchased of Jonas Garner .. to James Pares line - 50 acres
Son: Jonas Garner - whatever I have put him in possession of, also 10 shillings
Dau.: Heirs of my Daughter Sarah Suttel, wife of William Suttel - Negro girl after death of my wife.
Gr.son: James Withers Garner - one horse colt & 20£ cash, after the Death of his Grandmother.
Wife: Jemimah Garner - during her natural life or Widowhood all the rest of my estate real and personal - after her death to be equally divided among my five children, viz: Vincent, William, Jesse, Elizabeth Garner and Jemimah Harris wife of William Harris.
