Bequeaths to:
1. Charles Craycroft --nephew (son of brother Ignatius)
-to have young black mare
-named executor of the will
2. Niece-daughter of brother Nicholas Craycroft
-to have riding mare
3. Children of brother John Craycroft
-to have 30 pounds currency
-remainder or the estate to be divided into thirds with them dividing one thirds
nephew Charles son of Ignatius, and niece--daughter of Nicholas to have the other
two thirds of the estate

Clement Craycroft, by his petition, sets forth that he is seized of part of a tract of land in CC called the Inclosure, the bounds whereof he wants to perpetuate. He therefore asks for a Commission to examine witnesses to perpetuate the same. Ordered that Commission issue, returnable here, to William Middleton, Young Parran, Jonathan Wilson, & Samuel Hawkins to examine such witnesses as to them shall be produced. ,

Pursuant to an order of last Aug CC Court, Commission issued to William Middleton, Young Parran, Jonathan Wilson, and Samuel Hawkins, Gent, to examine witnesses touching the bounds of a tract of land called the Inclosure, in the possession of Clement Craycroft, is as follows: To William Middleton, Young Parran, Jonathan Wilson, and Samuel Hawkins, Gent. Whereas Clement Craycroft, seized of part of a tract of land called the Inclosure, lying in CC, did on Aug 10, being in the 28th year of our Dominion, prefer his petition to afd CC Court, before Robert Hanson, Gent, and his associates, our Justices within CC, for Commission to examine witnesses to prove and perpetuate the memory of the bounds of the sd tract of land, know that we have given you (not being any way related to the petitioner, contiguous proprietor, nor interested in sd land) power to examine witnesses as afd. And now here, Young Parran & Jonathan Wilson, two of the Commissioners afd, return to the Court here the Commission afd, with a certificate and depositions thereto annexed -
CC. The deposition of William Carter Sr, aged about 84, who declares that this deponent was present when Mr. John Craycroft bounded a red oak, by which this deponent now stands, which sd tree the sd John Craycroft bounded as the beginning tree of his father's Inclosure, and that the sd tree was the beginning tree of the land sd John Craycroft afterward sold to Mr. William Wilkinson, and farther, this deponent only says that the sd land was surveyed by Josias Cuttaine. The deposition of Charles Craycroft, aged about 37, who declares that he heard his brother, John Craycroft say that Josias Cuttaine had made survey of some land for sd John Craycroft, and that he was afraid he had begun and run two [too] near in or upon the land of this deponent. To the Justices of CC Court. We did meet on the land in the sd Commission mentioned, on Monday, Feb 28, 1742, when and where we took the depositions afd. Signed - Young Parran, Jona. Willson.
