      Henry Hager, minister of the Word of God among the Germans at Licking Run in Prince Wm. County, being very sick and weak. Unto my loving wife Anna Catharina all my estate, goods and chattels whatsoever to her during her Natural life. Unto my grandaughter Anna. Catharina Fishback one cow and calf.
      After the decease of my wife Anna Catharina I will_and ordain that all my estate, goods and chattels whatsoever be then divided amongst my seven grand children Anna Catharina Fishback, John Frederick Fishback, Elizabeth Fishback, and Henry Fishback, Agnes Hoffman, Anna Catharina Hoffman and John Hoffman.

For natural love and affection and his better maintainance. Frederick Fishback and Ann Elizabeth his late wife executed deeds to Peter Camper in the County Court of Culpeper for 100 acres in the Little Fork of Rappahannock River ... near Duck plantation ... near a branch on the southwest side ... near a branch on the east side ... which deeds are not to be found recorded in the office of the said County. To set aside any disputes concerning the land, Frederick Fishback and Peter Kamper cancel and make null and void the deeds and are willing to make their joint deed to John Camper (who is now in possession of the same).
