Westmorland ss' At a Court held for said County the 25th day of Aprill 1711
- JOHN BERNARD's Will proved
The Last Will and Testament of JOHN BERNARD, deced. was presented into Court by MARGRETT BERNARD, his Relict and Executrix, in the same named whoe made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oath of WILLIAM POLE one ofthe witnesses thereto is admitted to Record and on motion ofthe Executrix and her performing what is usuall in such cases Certifycate is granted her for obtaining a Probat thereofin due form; and it is ordered that shee return a true full and perfect Inventory of the Decedent's Estate to next Court upon Oath. It is also ordered that DAVID BROWN, JOHN BROWN, ROBERT LOVELL, JOHN WEEDON and THOMAS BUTLER or any four ofthem being first sworn before one ofher Majties Justices ofthe Peace for this County, doe some tyme beforethe next Court value and appraise the Estate and make return of the same to the Court
