TO ALL TO WHOM these presents shall come Know yee that I WILLIAM RUSSELL of the County of Prince William for divers good causes but more especially for the tender care love & affection which I bear unto my Son MARTIN RUSSELL do grant unto him the said MARTIN a parcel of land whereon the said WILLIAM RUSSELL now liveth and in case said MARTIN RUSSELL should die without heir lawfully begotten of his body that the land given to the aforesaid MARTIN RUSSELL should descend & go to the heir at Law of WILLIAM RUSSELL Son of the above named WILLIAM RUSSELL and to his heirs forever the said land bounded as followeth on the land of MADAM PAGE, JOHN HOULSCLAW, NICHOLAS RUSSELL & WILLIAM RUSSELL JUNR, the said MARTIN RUSSELL is to enjoy the said parcel of land according to the bounds already made by me the said WILLIAM RUSSELL first party to these presents. To Have and To Hold the said parcel of land to my said Son MARTIN RUSSELL his heirs forever, In Witness whereof the party first above mentioned hath set his hand & affixed his seal this 10th day of April Anno Dom 1741

WILLIAM RUSSELL acknowledged this Deed to be his act & deed and it was thereupon admitted to Record
