      I give and bequeath unto my brother, Robert Beale, the tract of land on which I now live .. negroes stock of every kind .. lend (him) tract of land in Madison County purchased by him and myself of Simon Buford ..
      to my brother, Richard Beale (after Robert's death) .. his half of the land in Madison County ..
      I give and bequeath to my negro wench, Rachel, her freedom, with an annual legacy of ten pounds to be paid her in gold or silver by my said brother, Robert .. together with the support of victuals and clothing to Fanny, daughter of Rachel, her freedom and an annuity of ten pounds to be paid annually in gold or silver ..
      to Fanny Rachel's child one hundred acres of land .. (after debts satisfied) .. to my brothers, Thomas, John, Reuben and Richard .. brothers who are mentioned in this will to be my executors .. this 25th day
