To seven sons: Thomas Greene, Nicholas Greene, Ralph Greene, Dudley Greene, Peter Greene, William Greene, Melchezedeek Greene, tract, "Greene's Inheritance." If son Bennet gets no part of "Boarman's Mannour" then he is to get an equal part of "Greene's Inheritance."
To son Melchezedeek, Negro boy Jesse.
To wife Tiled [Telca] Greene, Negro woman Jenney.
Rest of estate to 8 sons and their sister Mary.

Sep 11, 1747 from Thomas Green of CC, planter, to Joseph Green and William Green of CC, planters, for 5 shilllings sterling and for divers other good causes, a tract of land, being part of a tract of land called Greens Inheritance, lying in CC adjacent to a tract of land now belonging to Samuel Hanson Jr, being part of sd Greens Inheritance in CC, bounded by Cool Spring Branch, containing and laid out for about 134 acres. of land devised by Thomas Green, late of CC, decd, to his 7 sons, Thomas, Nicholas, Raphael, Thomas Dudley, Peter, William, and the sd Thomas Melchezedeck Green. The part herein conveyed is Thomas Melchezedeck's share of the land so devised as afsd, and laid off for him by a CC deed of division between sd 7 brothers, dated 23 Aug 1765 and is
bounded by Thomas Dudley Green's lst line, containing about 57 acres.
