      In Obedience to an Order of Culpeper County Court bearing date the 16th day of July 1756 We the Subscribers being first sworn have appraised the Estate of Richard Gaines decd that was offered to us by FRANCIS GAINES Administrator.
      August 21st 1756 Returned into Court and ordered to be recorded.
