To grandson Basel Smith, plantation he lives on Jordan Running and after wife's death all land between the land and the pasture branch.
To dau-In-law Margret Smith, plantation she lives on beginning at fork of Pasture Branch" until It intersects Basel Smith's line and after she dies to grandson James Smith.
To wife Susana Smith, Extx., dwelling house and lands and upon her death to be equally divided between 2 daughters Susana Dyer and Lucy Andre Dyer, all personal estate during life at her decease to be equally divided between 3 daughters Cristana Clemmons, Susana Dyer and Lucy Andre Dyer.
To son Ignatus Smith, 1 shilling.
To grandson Richard Smith, stock.

I, Richard Smith of CC, Vintner, am of sound and disposing
mind & memory. First, I will that all my debts and funeral
charges be paid by my executors.
To my niece Elizabeth Wheatly Jr - a Negro fellow named
Nace, a Negro lad named George, a Negro boy named Jim,
and a Negro girl named Muria.
Executrix: my sd niece.

Probated on May, 1786 by both witnesses.
Letters Testamentary were granted to the executrix; her
securities were Edward Jenkins & Richard Wheatley, her
