Wm. Rogers in his lifetime, did sell to Thos. Pollard of Fairfax Co., a certain tract of land, and it has been suggested that the heirs as afsd., might have an interest in the same, therefore, they have agreed to release all their right, title, interest which they may have in or to the sd. land, to the sd.
