Dare), Mr. John Minor (ordinary account), James Macklawhiane, Mrs. Margarett Blagg, Mr. William Watkins, Mr. Nathaniel Peercrof, John Redman. There remains Sue to the children 13,230 pounds of tobacco; to each child, being divided into five proportions, 2646 pounds of tobacco, the mother being included, and 378 pounds of tobacco being the half of the said sallary due to the other executrix.

All the rest of my estate unto my sonne Jno: Harris, though yet unbaptized but appoint his name to be John.
Mr. Edwd. Franklyn executor. My executor to sell my whole estate excepting cne cow which I reserve to my sonne and a two year old heifer unto Mary Foreside my late wife's daughter.
My executor not to sell my man servantt Wa. Watkins but his labour should goe for the maintanance of my child and his owne maintanance.
My executor's wife should have 800 pounds of tobacco for the nursing of the child this yeare.
In case my sonne should dye before he comes of adge of twenty and one, my estate to be equally devided between
Mary Franklyn and Mary Foreside. If Mary Franklyn should dye, her portion is to be devided amongst her children.
