NELSON's Will proved.
The Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM NELSON, late of this County, deced., was proved in Court by the Oathes of ABRAHAM PROCTER and WILLIAM FOSTER, two of the witnesses thereto, and admitted to Record; And upon motion of the Executor therein named, a Probate is granted him on the said Will, and it is further ordered that he return an Inventory of the deced.'s Estate and make Oath thereto
NELSON'S Estate to be appraised.
DOMINICK BENEHAM, THOMAS BRYANT, WILLIAM FOSTER, JOHN PHILLIPS and ANTHONY SIDNER, or any four of them being first sworn before a Justice of the Peace for this County, are appointed to appraise the Estate of WILLIAM NELSON, deced., and make report thereof to ye next Court when JAMES NELSON, the Executor, is to produce the Inventory of the Estate and make Oath thereto
