      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I GEORGE HARRISON of the County of Westmorland doe make this my Last Will and Testament in maner and form following. Imprimis. My Soule to God my heavenly Father hoping by the merits of my blessed Saviour to receive it againe at the day of my resurrection.
      Imprs. I give all my Lande that I now live on and my Dwelling Plantation I unto my Sune, SAMUEL HARRISON, and his heires for ever.
      I give unto my Son, GEORGE HARRISON and my Sone BENJAMEN all that tract of land that I bought of BENJAMEN RUST in RICHMAN County to be equally devided between them my Sunes GEORGE and BENJAMEN HARRISON and there heires for ever
      I give unto my Sun JEREMIAH HARRISON, that sixty five acres of Land that I bought of THOMAS HARRISON and all rights belonging to him and his heires for ever, And my will is that the first Negro Child that my Negro, Moll, shall bring that shall live I give unto my Son, BENJAMEN HARRISON and his heires for ever; And further my will is that the third Child that my Negro, Moll, shall bring that shall live, I give unto my Son, JEREMIAH HARRISON. and his heires for ever, And my will is that these Negro Children shall be raised out of his labour and use of my Negro, Moll, for these my Sunes GEORGE, BEN JAMEN and JEREMIAH HARRISON to have them these Negro Children without any charge for raising of these Negro Children and they to have them when my Sones come to the age of Seventeen years.
      I give unto my Loving Wife, ANNE HARRISON, my Negro Moll during her life and after the decease of my loving Wife, ANNE HARRISON, I give unto my Sune, SAMUEL HARRISON, my Negro Moll and all ye Children that she shall bring after those three that I have aliready gave to her and her heirs for ever; And further my will is that when my two Sunes, JEREMIAH and BENJAMEN HARRISON, comes to age of twelve years old that they shall have two years schooling apeace out of the use of my Estate, and as for what personal Estate it path pleased Almighty God to indue me with, my will is that it shall he equally devided them my Loving Wife, ANNE HARRISON, and my four Sunes, SAMUEL. GEORGE, JEREMIAH and BENJAMEN HARRISON and there heires for ever, And I doe make my Loving Wife, ANNE HARRISON, and my two Sunes, SAMUEL and GEORGE HARRISON. my whole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament by me signed sealed and delivered this Seventh day of Feb 1725/6

      THIS INDENTURE made this Twenty fifth day of March in the twentieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland, King, Defender of the faith &c., And in the year of our Lord 1747; Between JOHN SMITH of Parish of Fredireck in County of FREADERICK of one part and GEORGE HARRISON of Parish of Cople in County of Westmorland of other part; Witnesseth that JOHN SMITH in consideration of the sum of Twenty pounds current money of Virginia to him in hand paid by GEORGE (alis) WILLIAM PORTER of whom the said GEORGE HARRISON is assignee, the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto GEORGE HARRISON all that parcel of land lying in Parish of Cople in County of Westmorland, it being by imputation Thirty acres be it more or less. bounded; Begining at a red Oak in or near the line of Mr. CLAY, runing West sixty poles to a white Oak by a Swamp in a line of said CLAY, thence South 24 degs. West eight pole to a Dogwood in the line of Mr. ROBERT MIDDLETON, now BROW and GARNERS line, thence South 41 1/2 degrees East twenty pole to a Spanish Oak in the line of said MIDDLETON and HARRISON, thence South 61 degs. East forty poles to a red Oak in the line of GEORGE HARRISON, thence runing a strate line to the said begining tree; the parcel of land being part of a tract of One hundred and sixty one acres granted to one WILLIAM HAMMOCK the 28th day of June in the year 1697 as by a Patent out of the Proprietors Office doth appear; To have and to hold the Thirty acres of land more or less the premises with appurtenances unto GEORGE HARRISON his heirs to he holden to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the premises by the rents and services for the same due and of right accustomed to be paid free and clear from all incumbrances. In Witness whereof the party first within named hath interchangeably set his hand and seal the day and year first above mentioned of us
