By memorandum attached to will dated 27th Dee., 1703, testator sets forth that in his will he devised a certain sum of money to be used in purchasing land for 3 child., viz., John, William and unborn child, but has now bought a tract of 600 A., "Watter's Lot," which he bequeaths to sd. 3 child., viz.,John, William and Joseph, instead of sd. sum of money. 3. 246
