HEBB, WILLIAM, St Mary's Co. 22 Dec 1757; 5 June 1758
Exs.: wife Hopewell Hebb and William Hicks.
The land on Smith Creek on which Peter Smith and John Manley now live on, 180 a., being pt of "Cross Manner," to be sold at 20 sh. sterling per a. be paid to William Hicks together with such a sum as will amount to 207 pounds, to be given to dau Priscilla Hicks, being for 207 a. of land William Hicks bought of William Drain, Esqr.
To Elizabeth Hebb the plantation at "Poplar Hill" which I bought of Richard Gardiner and all the land I have adjoining to that said tract containing 300 a. and for want of heirs to son Vernon Hebb.
To my daus, Grace Hebb, plantation I have at Stoney Run called the "Grainge" where Thomas Baker formerly lived, 198 a.
To dau Anne Hebb plantation in St George's I bought of Jacob Duvall called pt of "Hebdons Hole" and land I bought of Edward Hillard Hebb at adjoint it called "Mutton Calout,' 160 a.
To son Vernon Hebb rest of land.
To son Vernon slaves: George, Madge, James, Jo: Isaac, Jenny and her son Charles, Jack, Cesar, Sue, Dina, and Boson.
That my wife Hopewell Hebb hold possession of the plantation whereon my dwelling house stands during her natural live. 30. 497

Co., merchant in Halifax, and Elizabeth Winn of same place, widow, exs. of the will of Ephraim Winn, late of Halifax, clothier, dec'd., hereby appoint Vernon Hebb of Maryland, merchant, attorney for us to recover from administrator of Wm. Kenner, late of Northumberland Co., Virginia, mariner and merchant, money and etc., as exs. of afsd.

To Henry Shanks son of John and Mary Shanks, £131.5, due from Vernon Hebb on bond payable 15 Aug 1773.
To Ann King, dau. of John and Elizabeth ring, one other bond due from Vernon Hebb, £131.5, payable 25 Dec next, to be paid when she is age 21 or married. If she dies without issue then money should be divided among the children of John and Mary Shanks, Charles excluded but if Elizabeth King wife of John King should have any more children then the money should go to these children.
