PAGE, Mann, of "Mansfield," Spotsylvania County, d. Nov 7, 1780, Executor's Bond dated Apr 19, 1781. Ex. three sons, John, Manne and Robert, and my son-in-law Benjamin Harrison.

son John, lands in Gloucester, also my part of the Dismal Swamp, also my tract of land known by the name of "Frying Pan" or "Copper Mine" in the Northern-neck, now in the possession of the Hon. Robert Carter, of Nomony;
son Warren, all my lands in Spotsylvania Co. and land in the Northern-neck, known by the name of "Bull Run;"
son Robert Carter Page, all my land in Hanover and King William counties, excepting the lots laid off for a town, which I desire sold;
son Matthew, one square in the town. As it has pleased God to deprive me of my daughter Judith Burwell, I give to the executors of Lewis Burwell five hundred and seventy pounds, current money, to be divided between his two daughters Judith and Alice. Daughter Elizabeth Page;
daughter Lucy Baylor;
son George Page, eight lots in Fredericksburg, which I purchased of Col. Fielding Lewis; two hundred pounds to be paid the Free School of Abbingdon, as my mother's gift; my stock in trade to my two youngest sons.
My executors above named to be guardians to my two sons Gwin and Matthew until they attain the age of twenty-one. (pg. 387)

CHAP. XXXVII.
An Act, to enable MAnne Page, Esq. to sell and dispose of certain entailed lands, to raise money for the paiment of his father's debts, and performance of his will; and for other purposes therein mentioned.
I. WHEREAS MAnne Page, late of Rosewell, in the county of Glocester, esq. deceased, was, in his lifetime, seised of a very valuable estate in lands, lying in divers parts of this colony; and more especially of and in one certain tract or parcel of land, called Page land, in the county of Prince William, containing ten thousand six hundred and ten acres; and of one other tract or parcel of land called Page-land, in the county of Frederick, formerly Prince William, containing eight thousand and seven acres; and of one other tract of or parcel of land, in the county of Spotsylvania, containing four thousand five hundred acres; and of one other tract or parcel of land, containing one thousand three hundred and eighty acres, at or near
MAnne Page authorised to sell certain entailed lands.
