of John Debutts, 1,000 acres.
Son: Thomas - to receive the other half of the proceeds arising from sale of above lands - reserving £20 currant money for the education of my Grandson Charles Morehead Ransdell and wharton Ransdell.

Gr.sons: Charles Morehead Ransdell and Wharton Ransdell - a Tract of land in Jefferson County that I purchased of Cadwallader Slaughter - 500 acres.
"... if either my sons William Ransdell or Thomas Ransdell or my Dau. Sarah Ransdell should Die without lawful issue their Estate be equally divided between the surviving Heirs of William, Thomas, Anne Morehead and Margaret Ransdell."
