Mar. 10, 1742/3 - Goochland Co., Va. Deeds. James Holman
for divers good causes and for the love I have for Alexander
Noe, son of Abel Noe, makes a deed of gift to the said
Alexander of a certain tract of land in Goochland Co. adjacent
to the south Side of the Fluvanna River, and bounded as shown
by its patent to me granted on Dec. 13, 1738, containing
by its courses 200 acres. If Alexander Noe should die without
lawful lssue, then the tract of land with its premises to
Mary Noe, sister of Alexander Noe. Witnesses: Lee Harris
and Wilm. A. Hares. Recorded Oct. 18, 1743.
