Lamkin doth averr he did make a crop of tobacco and corne with his servant belonging to Tho: Dodson deceased the year that Dodson died and they made 9000 pounds of tobacco of which 6000 pounds did belong to Dodson, and they made about 48 barrels of corne, which 36 barrels did belong to Dodson. Tho. Dodson by himselfe apart did fill 20 foot of a 30 foot tobacco house and a 40 foot dwelling house loft with tobacco for his owne use and having
