SIMEON MORGAN (Will)
Date: 10 November 1792
Son: Joseph - 162 acres being the plantation whereon I now live and part of a larger Tract of 486 acres, to be taken off of the South end in such a manner as to include the House and improvements by a line running parallel to the south end line according to the desire of his Mother and my late wife whose the property of the aforesaid land was. A small Tract, 77f acres, in Fauquier County which I purchased from Mr. Joseph Blackwell. A tract, 200 acres, on the Pignut Ridge and adjoining the tract of 77f acres.
Son: Charles - 1/3rd part of tract whereon I now live to adjoin his brother Joseph's on the North end, and to be laid off by a line running parallel to the end line according to the desire of his Mother and my late wife whose property it was. One featherbed and furniture.
Son: Simeon - the remainder of theabove tract. One cow and calf.
Son: Jeremiah - one feather bed and furniture - one cow and calf.
Dau.: Sucky Clark - one cow and calf
Dau.: Caty Bradford - one cow and calf
Gr.son: William Cockrum, son of dau. Rosey Cockrum L10 cash.
Dau.: Rosey Cockrum - 1 shilling cash
Son: Joseph - Negroes, one still and utensils, all livestock, household and farming furniture and utensils. If he should die without heirs, Negro to go to son Charles and Simeon to have all the rest of the property both real and personal.

Unto the use of my well beloved wfife Ann Williams all my moveable estate during her widowhood or natural life and if
she marries to be ooually divided among my three sons before named.
I constitute and appoint my well beloved wife Ann Williams
executrix and my beloved friend John Wright, Gent., executor of this my last will and testament.

Date: 5 December 1758 .. of Hamilton Parish in Prince William County ..
Children: Seven of my children has had and received their full parts in purportion of my Estate - the Seven Children before spoken of and above mentioned is (viz): Charles, Simon, William, Benjamin, James, Alice and Mary Morgan.
Wife: Anne - 1/3 part of personal estate
Son : John - 2/3 remaining part
