      This Indenture between ELIZABETH HACKLEY of Brunswick Parish King George County & PHILLIP ROBERTSON this 25th December 1748 the said Elizabeth hath granted to farm lett •• 15 acres to be laid off conveniently joining to the house where the said Robertson now lives in which lott Mr. JAMES HACKLEY in his lifetime possessioned the said Robertson with lying on the little Falls Run to Philip Robertson and MARGARET his Wife & their Son GEORGE ROBERTSON during their Natural lives •• paying annual rent of five hundred fifty pounds Tobacco •• also Robertson build one Dwelling house 16 feet square, 1 Tobacco house 30 feet long, 20' feet wide, one Corn house 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, one Meat house 8 feet square. The buildings to be done in workman like manner &kept in good repair, also to plant 100 apple trees, 200 peach trees, 25 cherry trees all to be set out at usual distance hands & seals
