Daniel Tebbs of the County of Prince William being in good health of body.
Unto my daughter Hannah Hartley one cow and calf.
Unto ny daughter Margaret Atwell one cow and calf.
Unto my son Daniel Tebb one shilling sterling
Unto my son James one negroe slave named Abram.
Unto my son William Tebbs one negroe slave named Great Jack

Unto my daughter Charlotte Tebbs one negroe woman slave named Sarah with her increase to remain in the use of her mother Charlotte till the day of her marriage
Unto my Dearly beloved wife Charlotte Tebbs two.Negroe men slaves named Jack and Abram for and during her nauurall life and afterward to redound to the above named James and William Tebbs.
Unto my son James Tebbs one negroe slave named Frank after the death of his his mother Charolet to be valued and appraised when at the age of fifteen years by my executors and the money to be equally divided among my following four sons James Tebbs, William Tebbs, George Tebbs and Foushee Tebbe.
Unto my sons James and William Tebbs all this tract of land whereon I now dwell to be equally divided betwixt them, my son James to have my dwelling house at his mother Decease and that they pay yearly unto the said George and Fushee Tebbs five andred pounds of Tobacco each yearly for four years after the said George and Fushee shall come to the age of twenty one years.
As also all my singular and my personal estate to be valued and appraised in money and that it be equally divided amongst my loveing wife Charolet Tebbs, James Tebbs; Wilim. Tebbs, George Tebbs and Fushee Tebbs and my Daughter Charolet Tebbs.
I do likelise appoint and ordain my loveing friend John Diskin, my sons James and William Tebbs the Sole executors of his my last will and testament John Dawkins
