KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee MARY HARRISON and JOS: BRAGG of County of Richmond and GEORGE HARRISON of WESTMORELAND County are held and firmly bound -.into the Worshipful! his Majesties Justices of the Peace for County of Richmond in the full and just sum of One hundred pounds Sterling, to the which payment well and truly to be made we bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents; Sealed without seals and dated the first day of February 1726
THE CONDICON of this obligation is such that if the above bound MARY HARRISON, Admrx. of all the goods chattles and creditts of JAMES HARRISON, deced., do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all the goods chattles and creditts of the deced., And the same so made do exhibitt into the County Court of Richmond at such time as she shall be required by the Court and the same goods chattles and creditts do well and truly administer according to Law, And further do make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein when thereunto required by the Court; And deliver and pay to such person or persons respectively as the Justices shall direct pursuant. to Law in such case made and provided; And further if it shall appear that any Last Will and Testamt. was made by the deced., and the Exr. or Exrs. therein named do exhibitt the same in Court makeing request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if MARY HARRISON being thereunto required doe render and deliver up her Letters of Admon. approbacon of such Testamt, being first hand & made in ye Court; Then this obligacon to be void and of none effect, otherwise to remaine in full force and vertue Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of

16 August 1722. Deed. James Harrison of North Farnham Parish, Richmond County to William Harrison of Westmoreland County. For 4,000 lbs. of tobacco. 350 acres of land in Cople Parish formerly belonging to George Harrison, "late dec'd of this county" by a deed dated 8 June 1691. Beginning at a marked hickory standing on the line and so along the said line upon the land of Mr. John Crump and Capt. John Cralley Gent. and so along the land of William Harrison and so along the land of George Harrison and thence along the land of Willoughby Harrison to the beginning. Signed by signature. Witnesses: /s/ Peter Harrison, /x/ Morgan Jackson, /s/ James Harrison. Acknowledged 27 March 1723. Recorded 5 April 1723.
