Ordered that the Sheriff of this county do summon George Weedon one of the orphants of Thomas Weedon gentl: decd to be at the next court to answer the petition of John Brown who intermarried with Jamima one other of the sd Weedons orphants relateing to her part of her sd fathers estate.
