MARYs in the County of Richmond, Planter, of one part and GAWIN CORBIN of MIDDLESEX County Gent. of other part; Wittnesseth that THOMAS PANNELL in consideration of the summe of Five shillings of lawfull money of England to him in hand paid by GAWIN CORBIN hath bargained sold and to farm left unto GAWIN CORBIN all that plantation and tract of land scituate in the Parish and County aforesaid beginning att a white Oake standing on the Eastward branch of OMEN CREEK extending thence South sixty degrees West twelve poles to a Gum, thence South West by South fifty poles to a Doggwood, thence South twenty degrees East binding on the lines of CHA: GRIMES one hundred and sever ty four poles to a red Oak in SIMPSONs line, thence along the said line North sixty five degrees East one hundred and thirty poles to the land of Colo.       BENJAMIN GRUBBS by his Petition setting forth he was bound as Security for one THOMAS MORGAN and SARAH his Wife, Executrix of THOMAS PANNILL, deced. for the said SARAH's due administering on THOMAS PANNILL's Estate, but since haveing reason to believe THOMAS MORGAN and his Wife will waste the Estate, prays to be relieved in the premsies, &c, and THOMAS MORGAN and his Wife appearing but not objecting against the Petition, it is therefore ordered if THOMAS MORGAN and his Wife doe not give BENJAMIN GRUBBS counter security sometime between this and the next Court before JOSEPH STROTHER, Gent., one of the Magistrates of his County, that then THOMAS MORGAN and his Wife deliver unto BENJAMIN GRUBBS the said THOMAS PANNILL's Estate according to the Inventory, and ordered BENJAMIN GRUBS give security for the same. Whereupon SAMUELL WHARTON in open Court acknowledged himself bound and oblidged in the sum of one hundred pounds sterling for BENJAMIN GRUBBS's releasing and delivering up THOMAS PANNILL's Estate to this Court or to whom else it shall of right belong when thereunto lawfully called
