      THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if ye above bound RUTH CANTERBERRY, Admrx. of all ye goods chattells & creditts of JOHN CANTERBERRY deced., do make a true & perfect inventory of all the goods chattells & creditts of the sd: deced., and the same so made do exhibit into the County Court of Richmond at such time as she shall be thereunto required by sd: Court, And the same goods chattells & creditts shall well & truely administer according to Law, And further do make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein when thereto required by sd: Court, and shall deliver & pay unto such p•sons respectively as ye sd.       RUTH CANTERBERRY, Widow and Relict and also Administratratrix of the Estate of JOHN CANTERBERRY deced. by her Petition setting forth that JOHN CANTERBERRY in his life time became bound with ELIZABETH THORNHILL for the true administration of BRYAN THORNHILL's Estate since which ELIZABETH hath intermarryed with one THOMAS MULLONY who is likely to imbessell all the Estate; therefore prays THOMAS MULLONEY may be summoned to give fresh security &c., THOMAS MULLONEY this day appearing and offering CHARLES MOLONY for his Security which is accepted, therefore RUTH CANTRBERRY is discharged and JOHN MOLONEY open Court acknowledged himselfe indebted to the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of this County in the sum of fifty pounds sterling to be paid to the Justices their Executors or Administrators in case ELIZABETH MULLONEY, for- merly ELIZABETH THORNHILL, doe not duly administer on all and singular the Estate of BRYAN THORNHILL, deced., and render a true Account thereof when thereto lawfull called
