William Hammett & Katherine his Wife for sum of Fifty pounds current money of Virginia have granted unto said James Mason a parcel of land in the Little Fork of Rapahanock River in County aforesaid lying on the branches of Indian Run and bounded Beginning at two hickories corner to THOMAS UNDERWOOD running thence with his line North to a box oak corner to HENRY UTTERBACK thence with his line North to the Beginning .
