      "being Sick of Body
      Bequeaths to:
      1. Sarah Moore --wife
      -testator's landed property to be sold and the money from the sale to be applied to the maintenance of widow and testator's child and when the child comes of age, to have
      the balance and should the child die, or should wife not have a child, then she is to have the balance of the money from the safe of property
      -should the child die before corning of age, then to have 1/2. of the personal property and the other 1/2 to be divided between testator's brothers and sisters
      2. Thomas Moore --brother
      -to have the sum of 50 pounds current money should testator's child die before coming of age

      Indenture made May 7, 1794; Whereas Leonard Marbury had surveyed and granted in his name the [five] following tracts lying in Franklin County, Georgia; four tracts lying on the [north fork] Oconee River and granted to him on September 21, 1785, October 13, 1785 and November 8, 1785 each for 1150 acres; and one other tract lying on Hunting and Middle Branch containing 1150 and granted to him on October 5, 1785; which 5,750 acres were conveyed by Leonard Marbury by his attorney in fact William Baker to Thomas H. Hanson on November 4, 1793 and recorded in PGCo on November 8, 1793 and also recorded in Franklin County, Georgia on February 17, 1794 and whereas the five tracts of 1,150 each were advertised and sold for taxes due and George D. Moore bought all the tracts at public auction and obtained deeds for the same on February 13, 1794 from James R. Whiting, Collector of the Tax of Franklin County, Georgia. Now this indenture witnesseth that George D. Moore in consideration of 100 pounds current money paid by Thomas H. Hanson has sold the aforesaid five tracts. Signed George D.       Indenture made May 7, 1794; William Barker had surveyed in his name in Franklin County, Georgia two tracts containing 1,150 acres each on September 8, 1785 and granted by patent May 8, 1788 and whereas the two tracts were sold by the State of Georgia for arrears of taxes to George D. Moore as by two deeds from James R. Whiting, Collector of the Tax for Franklin County, Georgia on February 13, 1794. Now this indenture witnesseth that George D. Moore in consideration of 50 pounds current money paid by William Barker has sold the two aforesaid adjoining tracts one bounded by Big Creek and the other on Doves Creek. Signed George D.       Indenture made May 7, 1794; George D. Moore in consideration of 100 pounds current money paid by William Baily has sold two tracts lying in Franklin County, Georgia. One tract taken up and surveyed in the name of Emanuel Wambersee for the quantity of 5,540 acres on March 6, 1787 which was sold by the State of Georgia for taxes due on January 8, 1794 and purchased by George D. Moore as by deed from James R. Whiting dated February 13, 1794; the other tract surveyed for David Hilhouse on April 2, 1787 for 9000 acres lying in Franklin County, Georgia which was sold by the State of Georgia for taxes due on January 8, 1794 and purchased by George D. Moore as by deed from James R. Whiting dated February 13, 1794; the two tracts containing in the whole 14, 540 acres. Signed George D.
