      Price: 325 pounds sterling.
      Property: A 1628 acre tract in P. G. County, formerly in Calvert County, on Collington Branch, being part of a tract called "Partnership." This tract was originally patented, 9 November 1680, as 1500 acres to NICHOLAS SEWELL and JOHN DARNALL, late of Calvert County, deceased. The land was surveyed, 23 August 1698, and found to contain actually 1878 acres. The land passed to said SEWELL by right of suvivorship and he was given a patent on the land, 26 August 1699. SEWELL had previously sold 250 acres from the lower end of this land.
