TO ALL TO WHOM these presents shall come. NOW KNOW ye that I ADAM WOFFENDALL of the County of Richmond give and Grant unto my Daughter, ELIZABETH HARRISON, a certain parcell of Land containing Seventy acres more or less beginning at a corner red Oak by a Spring, running along Westward along a line of marked trees to a corner white oak standing upon the Main Branch of CHINGATEAGUE down the Branch along the line of THOMAS ARNOLD to a marked Gum a corner tree, Northwardly along the ROAD from THOMAS ARNOLD to my own House to a Valley to first mentioned red Oak, from me and my heirs unto ELIZABETH HARRISON and her the heirs forever, And I do leave it to my Daughter, ELIZABETH's, own disposing to give it to which of her heirs she sees fitt, also provided that it be not leased nor sold except my consent or them whom I shall give this Plantation that I now live on. KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I ELIZABETH HARRISON, Wife of ROBERT HARRISON of the Parrish of St. Stephens in county of NORTHUMBERLAND in Virginia do by these presents appoint my well beloved friend SAMLL CHURCHILL of NORTH FARNUM in county of Richmond to be my lawful Attorney to acknowledge all my right and title of a parcel of land wch my husband sold to my SON, WILLIAM PINLEY. it being 100 acres of land as by the Deed of sale may appear as Witness my hand and seale Janry ye 27 1706.

TO ALL XPIAN PEOPLE to whom this present writting shall come Know yee that I ADAM WOFFENDALL of County of Rappa in Colony of Virginia, Planter, send Greeting in our Lord God writing the 15th day of February in yeare of our Lord 1689. Now know yee that I ADAM WOFFENDALL for sum of Four thousand pounds of Tobb: in caske do forever acquitt and discharge WILLIAM MARSHALL and have sold unto sd WM. MARSHALL his heirs one tract of land scituate and being in St. Marys Parish in the aforesd County containing Sixty seven acres more or less as by the Platt under Capt. MOSLEYs hand, Surveyor of the County, bearing date 15th of Febry. 1689/90 and bounded as followeth lying and being on the North side of Rappa River upon the East side of CHINGATEAGUE and begining at a red Oake corner tree of Mr. FRAN: SLAUGHTER and extending alonge Mr. SLAUGHTERs line to an Hickory in the sd line S. W. to a Stake at the angle of a white Oake and a black Oak in the line of Mr. SAMLL. BAYLY, thence alonge the sd SAMLL. BAYLYs line to the land sold by sd SAMLL. BAYLY to PHILLIP HUNNING, JAMES MATHEWS and JOHN EASTER, W. to a white Oake neere a small branch. thence S. E. to the first mentioned red Oak with all its members and appertinances woods mines Quarrys water and all other advantages To have and to hold said tract of land with all the premises unto WM. MARSHALL his heirs and will warrant and forever defend from the claimes of any persons whatsoever and ADAM WOFFENDALL do consent to make such further conveyance as their Councell shall advise and also with his Wife acknowledge this Deed in the County Court of Rappa. MARSHALL of aforesd County and Parish in the just sum of Ten thousand pounds of good sound Merchantable Tobacco and Caske on my now Dwelling Plantation or convenient in the Parish aforesd. and for the true performance thereof I bind myself unto sd WM. MARSHALL and for the more further assurance of the true payment of the aforesd sum of Tobb. in Caske I do make over all my right of my now Dwelling Plantacon and One hundred acres of land thereunto belonging with all houses orchards and inclosures & other hereditaments unto WM: MARSHALL his heirs and do warrant the premises aforesd from me my heirs and in confirmation I have sett my hand and seale this 25th day of February 1689/90. The sum is Ten Thousd.
The Condicon of this obligation is the above bound ADAM WOFFENDALL his heirs shall at all times hereafter secure the abovesaid WM. MARSHALL in a quiets and peacable possession and enjoyment of a parcell of land bought of sd ADAM WOFFENDALL and save harmless and indemnified then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force

HEADs line, thence to the first mentioned Oake, being part of a Patent of and conteyning Foure hundred & fifty acres obteyned by RALPH WHITING, the wch: parcell of Land I the abovemenconed ROBERT HARISON & ELIZABETH HARISON doth warrant from me my heirs forever unto the said JOHN BERRY his heirs forever. SAMLL. CHURCHWELL of County of Richmond conveyed to ROBERT HARRISON of County of NORTHUMBERLAND for 207 acres and beginning for the said 100 acres att a Chesnutt Post standing in Esqr. CORBINs line betweene three marked tree, a white Oake, a red Oake and a Hickory tree, near three inward marked saplins that is to say one white Oake and two Hickory saplins standing in the line wch: was formerly EDWARD and THOMAS LEWISes, from thence along the said LEWISes line a line dividing from TELIFF ALTERSON JUNR., to TOTASKEY FERRY ROAD and the line of Esqr. CORBIN to theire severall dividing corner trees as mentioned in the Survey of 207 cres which was surveyed for ROBERT HARRISON ending in Esqr. CORBINs line att the beginning Chesnutt Post; To have and to hold the tract of land hereby sold with the clear grounds profitts appurtenances unto WILLIAM PINLEY his heires to be holden to the Cheife Lord of the Fee of the premises for the Services for the same due and of right accustomed to be paid; free and discharged from all former incumbrances; In Wittness whereof the parties first above named have sett theire hands and affixed theire seales the day and year first above written
