Son: Gilson - 648 a. commonly known as Cullins's - part of which said land lying in Prince William and other part in Fauquier
Son: Richard - 556 a. on Champes run & Cedar run
Son: William - to have the 556 a. if Richard leaves no heirs, and then to son Gilson
Wife: Mary - during her life - lent four Negroes to descend to sons: Richard & William and heirs, but should they not have heirs to Daus: Elizabeth, Frances and Behethelem
Son: Henry - Negroes: Sarah & son Ely and all cattle and hogs raised on place.
Son: George:- Negro man and girl, all cattle on plantation and one-half hoggs
Son: Gilson - Negro man & woman - 2 cows & calves, one heifer and a steer and one- half hoggs at my son George's and 2 young sows from my home plantation

Dau.: Behethelon - Negro wench and child
