Indenture made March 17, 1783; between Robert Bradley Tyler, Gentleman of one part and Millicent Beanes the wife of Colmore Beanes of the other part. Whereas Robert Tyler, gentlemen, deceased father of Robert Bradley Tyler and Millicent Beanes by his will and testament devise unto his son Robert Bradley Tyler the land whereon he lived called "Duckett's Hope" and "Jacobs Addition" given to him by his good friend Rev. Jacob Henderson and also the land purchased of John Baldwin by the name of Tyler's Purchase provided he docks the entail or otherwise makes a fee simple in the land where my lower quarter is called "Bowdle's Choice" unto his sister Millicent Tyler and to be laid off to her from the bounded white oak standing on the east side of the Spring Branch it being the 2nd bound tree of Mr. Harwood's land called "Brazen Thorp Hall" and the beginning tree of "Brough" and bounded by the pocoson near the plantation where John Nicholls formerly lived, "Essington" belonging to Mr. William Wootton, the division tree between Mr. William Murdock and us. Now this indenture witness that Robert Bradley Tyler in performance of his father's will in 5 pounds common current money paid by Millicent Beanes does release and confirm unto her and her heirs the aforesaid tract called "Bowdle's Choice". Indenture made May 11, 1789; Robert B. Tyler in consideration of 425 pounds current money paid by Walter Bowie has sold part of a tract called "Rileys Lot" containing 102 acres and beginning at a stone in line of "Brough" and bounded by Collington Branch. Signed Robert B. Tyler in the presence of and acknowledged before John Smith Brookes, Thomas Boyd and at the same time Dryden Tyler w/o of Robert B. Tyler relinquished her right of dower

Indenture made June 16, 1790; Whereas Robert Tyler's executors for Robert Bradley Tyler's use to satisfy a judgment recovered in PGCo court against John Burrell, son and heir of Alexander Burrell for the sum of 100 pounds current money with interest and costs did sue fourth a writ of fieri facias directed to Edward Lloyd Wailes, Esq., sheriff and by virtue of the wit did on May 25, 1790 did sell at public venue to Henderson Magruder "Lot Number 36" in Queen Anne Town containing 1 acre for the sum of 100 pounds current money. Now this indenture witnesseth that Edward Lloyd Wailes in consideration of the premises and the sum of money paid by Henderson Magruder has sold the aforesaid lot.
