To wife Margaret Brooke, dwelling house and land during widowhood, but In case of death or remarriage, to son Henry Brooke, in consideration of which, I leave wife and other children the followIng legacies:
To wife: Negro Rose
To dau. Jane Brooke, Negro Nall,
To dau. Mary Brooke,, Negro Nancy.
To dau. Anne Brooke, Negro Henry,
To dau. Rachel Brooke, Negro Sarah.
To dau. Susanna Brooke, Negro Daniel.
To son Clement Brooke, Negro Pete:c,
To son John Brooke, Negro Charles.
To son Nicholas Brooke, yellow boy Frank.
I will the Lord Proprietary, the sum of 140 pounds sterl, to be paid 6 months after the expiration of my present farm or the quit rents of Charles County, the money to be paid by an assignment of back rents, due me In Charles Co. This I leave to prevent any disputes that. may arise from former difficiencies,
Personal estate divided, after the discharging of all just debts, as the law directs,

Wit: Jane Brooke, Jr., Rachel Richard Smith, Darnalls and Doctor Richard Smith.

Bequeaths to:
1. Nicholas Brooke --son
-to have all the lands during his natural life that testatrix has any right, title, or interest in
-to have for his natural life the use of the sum of 67 pounds current money to he paid him out of the money in the office at Annapolis and also to have large looking glass, 6 large silver spoons and 6 small silver spoons, large mahogany table
-to have Negroes: "Frank" "Nace" "Wat" "Charles" "Ben" Rose" "Nace" -to have all the debts due testatrix from her son Henry Brooke and his wife Mary Brooke
-named executor of the will
2. Henry Brooke --grandson (son of Nicholas)
-at the death of his father to have the lands left to him
3. Ann Wade --daughter
-to have for her natural life the sum of 100 pounds current money to be paid to her out of the money in the Annapolis office and also to have a note of hand due from Henry Jr. and a note of hand due from Francis Boone also to have 1 bed and furn..1 black mare near the age of testatrix's riding horse and also to have I 000 lbs of crop tobacco and after her decease the above to those of her children of her choosing
4. Susannah Rudd --daughter
-to have 50 pounds current money out of the remainder of the money in the Annapolis office
-to have Negroes: "Grace" "Lucy" "Daniel" "Ossev" "Nan" "Nell"
-to have 6 large silver spoons, and 6 small silver spoons and after her decease the above to descend to her children to he divided as she sees fit.
-to have testatrix's riding horse and to have the tobacco debt due from Col. Leonard Hollyday's bond
-rest and residue of the estate to be divided between her and testatrix's son Nicholas
5. Charles Rudd --grandson
-to have for his natural life the use of 100 pounds current money to be paid out of the remainder in the Annapolis office
-to have Negroes "Jane" "Sarah" "Torn"
-to have best youngest mare, a new saddle and bride. 1 best bed and furn.
6. Priscilla Boon --granddaughter
-to have 1 cow and 1 young mare now in her lather's possession and also I Rood feather bed and furn., which testatrix lent to her father Thomas Boone
7. Margaret Brooke --granddaughter
-to have Negro girl "Milley"
