planter, for 5250 pounds of merchantable tobacco, part oftract called "Prichetts Purchase," M&B given, part sold
Thomas Stoddert by John Pritchett, containing 32-1/2 acres; signed Thos Stoddert, before Thos Prather, Geo
Gordon. Thomas Stoddert ack. and also Janett, wife of Thomas Stoddert examined apart released dower.
Receipt, and alienation fine of 1shilling 3 pence paid.

Samuel Hunter recorded 28 April 1755, made same date between Thomas Stoddert, for 2000 Ibs. tob., grants tract called "Hog Park," standing near a glade that leads into John Silver's spring branch, about half a mile from Monocacy, M&B for 43 acres; signed Thomas Stoddert, before Thos Beatty, Jos Wood. Janet wife of the said Thomas Stoddert, examined apart released dower right. Receipt. AF paid.
