I, Mary Sympson of CC, for divers good causes and valuable considerations, give to my daughter, Elizabeth Smith, a Negro girl called Sarah, 1 cow and calf, 1 bed and furniture. "I likewise give to the other of my three children, Heneritter, Clements, Mary, one Negro wench called Catherine" and her increase, to be equally divided amongst the sd three children after my death, in whose hands custody may be found.
