Mr. Thomas Notley, Plt.; Nathaniell Eton, Def..; declaration appears in folio 154; Edward Dean swore that George Harris sold 4 sows with pigs to Nathaniell Eton last year for a cow and calf by her side and that he promised him the should have the choice of all his corn as well as he had the choice of all his sows; /s/ Edward Dean
      James Lewis, age ca 22 years, swore he heard Nathaniell Eton say he had bought 4 sows of George Harris for a cow and calf, this deposition taken before me 11 Apr 1663; /s/ Joseph Harrison; Lewis not being present; Harrisson confirmed oath; George Bradshaw swore that sometime in Nov last he heard same; Letter of attorney appointing Mr. Joseph Harison as his atty.; 11Jul 1664; /s/ Nathaniel Eaton; wit.
