To wife Margaret, extx., land where I now live In two tracts,
"Mussleborough Resurveyed," 136 acres and "Planter's Delight," 15 acres with all appurtenances, after her death to son Robert Clements. If My wife wishes to sell all lands she to use money to buy more reserving 1/3 part for herself and remainder among my children equally, the same applies to the personal estate or residue.

Mentions money due to: Jno Glassford and Company, their store at Portobacco per promissory note dated Dec 1, 1769; Doctor James Craik; Craik and Jenifer in Company; Sarah Wright; William Hudson; David Hay; Rachel Furry; Joseph Simms; Zephaniah Frankling; Francis Walker; John Chapman. Carried forward: 159 £0 shillings 6.75 pence.

Clement Clements Account Continued [the beginning is missing]. Mentions money due from the deceased to Mary McCoy; Deputy Commissary's fees paid Daniel Jenifer; fees paid Walter Hanson as Register. Balance to be disposed of according to the deceased's will: 273 £2 shillings 7 pence.
Final Account: 452 £10 shillings 10 pence. Securities: William Jones and Clement Clements of CC. Representatives: the widow of the deceased and 7 children, viz, Clement, Sarah, and Jenny, at age, Henry, 16 years old last Sep 8, Cleon, 14 years old last Jul 29, Robert and Anne, died under age since the death of their father.
On Aug 13, 1777, came Margaret Clements, the accountant before mentioned, and made oath that the foregoing is a just account.
