John Addison, deceased by the direction of the said will laid off by Henry Rozer and Thomas Addison, brother to the said Col.       This Indenture made this 20th day of July Seventeen hundred & ninety three Between Basil Beall of Charles County & State of Maryland of the one part & Ann Tarvin of Prince Georges County & State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Basil Beall for and in consideration of the sum of five Shillings to him in hand paid by the Ann Tarvin the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & himself therewith to be fully satisfied contented & paid hath bargained sold Aliened enfeeoffed confirmed & made over & by these presents doth bargain sell Alien enfeeof confirm and make over unto the said Ann Tarvin her Heirs & Assigns all that tract or parcel of Land Lying in Charles County which the said Basil Beall purchased of a certain George Tarvin containing One Hundred Acres more or Less as will appear by having reference to the Records of Charles County To have and to hold the said Land & premises with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining to the only proper use & behoof of her the said Ann Tarvin her heirs & Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said Basil Beall hath hereunto set his hand & seal the day & year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of Henry Barnes James Freeman Basil Beall
