"I devise and bequeath to my beloved sons, Jeremiah and Zephaniah Beall, all that tract, 'The Resurvey on Enster Rectified and Divided', containing 416 acres, equally.
My beloved wife, Margaret, to hold the dwelling place, which consists of four lots, the remainder of the original tract 'Enster', 140 acres, 1st vacancy, 40 acres; part of 2nd vacancy, 38 acres and 'Resurvey on Batchellor's Purchase' one part of Wm. Tee.
My three daughters, Catherine Loveless, Margery Loveless and Mary Suter, with son Daniel to hold their mother's part, reserving the family burial ground."

This Indenture made this Twentieth
day of July in the Year of our Lord God, One Thousand
Seven Hundred & Sixty & two Between
Mary Mitchel of Prince Georges County in the
Province of Maryland of the one Part and Coll.o
Samuell Beall of Frederick County & Province
afd of the other Part Witnesseth that the said
Mary Mitchell for & in consideration of the sum
of Eleven Pounds seven shillings & six pence Currant
Money to her in hand paid, by Coll.o Samuel Beall
at or before the Sealing & Delivery of these presents
the Receipt whereof the said Mary Mitchell doth hereby
acknowledge & herself therewith fully satisfied content & pay
the said Mary Mitchell hath granted bargained & sold & by
these presents doth grant bargain & sell alien and enfeoffe
make over and convey unto the said Coll.o Samuell Beall
his Heirs & Assigns all That Tract or Parcell of Land
lying in Prince Georges County & Province aforesaid & being
a Part of a Tract of Land called the Widows Mite and
Beginning at a small Bounded sicamore standing
by & on the North side of Rock Creek & running
thence North Twenty five degrees East Fourteen perches
then South Fifty four Degrees East Eighteen perches
then South Two Degrees East Forty perches, then North
Eighty three Degrees West sixty four Perches, then North
One Degree West Ten perches then with a Straight Line
to the beginning being laid out for Eleven Acres of Land
& sixty seven perches more or less, Together with all &
singular the Woods, Underwoods, Timber & Timber Trees
Houses, Orchards, Gardens Rights, Rents, Profits
Advantages & Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Parcell
of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining & all the
Estate, Right, Title, Claim & Demand of the said Mary
Mitchell in & to the aforesaid Parcell of Land, To have
& To hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land & all
& singular the above mentioned premisses to the above
Mentioned Coll.o Samuell Beall, his Heirs & Assigns to
the only proper Use & Behoof of the said Coll.o Samuell
Beall his Heirs & Assigns for ever And the said Mary Mitchell for herself her Heirs Ex.rs and Am.rs the said
Tract or Parcell of Land & Premisses & every part thereof
against her the said Mary Mitchell her heirs & Ex.rs & against
all other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming by from
or under her or them and against all former Gifts, Grants
Arrearages of Rents & from all incumbrances whatsoever
the Rents hereafter becomeing due to the Lord Proprietary
only Excepted) to the said Coll.o Samuell Beall his Heirs
& Assigns shall & will Warrant & for ever Defend from
all Persons claiming from her or under them

to be the Right of the within mentioned Coll.o Samuel Beall
his Heirs & Assigns for ever

July 27.th 1762 Received of Coll.o Samuel Beall Five pence
three farthings sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore
being the Alienation fine on the within Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said
