-to have all that part of testator's tract of land called "Cream" or "Reilly's Discovery" whereon lately a tan yard has been established beginning at a stone, placed at the termination of the line of the said tract of land "Chelsea" and thence . .. with the line to the 1st public road reading to the western branch of the Patuxent alumg the fence which now encloses one side of the plantation whereon testator's son Henry Hall resides and to that part of the said road where a Rate now stands and from and with the road to the western branch at the place where the toad now crosses it, and thence by and with the said branch to the stone at the beginning and to cont. 40 acres and which land is now in the occupation of Miller the tanner, and to hold the land as tenants in common and not joint tenants
2. Ann Clark --daughter
-to have for her widowhood only,, part of a tract of land called "Reilly'S Discovery" which William Bishop Lamar sold and conveyed to testator by a deed bearing date of 12/20/1787 as is in Liber HH folio 40 of the county records and at her decease the land to go to testator's two grandsons
-to have and her children born or to be born, the 2 horses she now has which drive her carriage, 3 cows 1 pair of oxen, and 2 draft horses
3. Thomas Charles Cali -grandson

-to have all the reinainder of the land called "Cream" or "Reilly's Discovery'. which last tract was sold and conveyed to testator's grandfather Benjamin Hall from Charles Carroll. of Annapolis dated 05/26/1719 and since confirmed to testator by it deed from Charles Carroll of Carroilton, dated 05/21/1801
-Catherine to have -Daniel" and his wife "Lucy" with ail their children - Negro woman "Doll" and her issue, Barnet" and his sister -Pat" 'Phil' the carter and "Nanny" his wife and all their children, "Sam" son of "Hannah" and also "Hannah" and the rest of her children unless "Hannah" wishes to he sold
-to have the best feather bed in the house to be chosen by her, I" choice of 3 cows.

-to have all the rest and residue of testator's lands in Prince George's County
-to have mulatto "Nat" mulatto "Phil" son of "George Goldsmith. " "Basil the Carpenter" son of "Old Basil" and also mulatto "Mace" --to hold in trust for testator's granddaughters and to do so as tenants in common and not joint tenants but if he prefers to keep them then he is to convey "Carpenter Michael" and his wife "Minty" to testator's daughter Ann Clark
-Henry and testator's daughter Catherine to have all of testator's plate and furniture in the great parlor
-to have the residue of testator's stock
-named executor and instructed to sell the remainder of the sheep and hogs

the condition that he do so
7. "Clem the Blacksmith" --Negro man
-is manumitted on the condition that he shall serve testator's son Henry in the Blacksmith's business in testator's shop for I year following testator's decease
8. Eleanor Magruder --daughter
-to have the 3rd choice of 3 cows and I pair of oxen and 2 draft horses
-testator's three daughters to have as tenants in common and not as joint tenants
2 mulatto men "Mulatto Jack" and "Moses" and their labor as gardener and shoemaker to be divided among them
