      Thomas Wharton Coomes shall Pay to my two sons Joseph and William Coomes, £30 each and Walter Coomes shall pay to my three daus. Mary Anne Hamilton, Anne Steuart and Annastatia Hamilton, £20 each and son Francis Ignatius Coomes to have equal part of above land with his two brothers, if he dies his heirs to have only £30.
