      To Bennett Coombes pt. of land called Christian Milford., 349 A., In Charles Co,, after his mother's decease,
      To son Thos. Whorton Coombes, tract where I now dwell called "Coombes Purchase" and that pt of "Greens Inheritance" that is within the dwelling plantation an the south side, after his mother's decease,
      To son Walter Coombes, 100 A., being pt of parcel called "Greens Inheritance" excepting what was wife's and my dwelling plantatlon, when he arrives to the age of 18 years.
      To son Bennett Coombes, land called "Greens Inheritance" which formerly was my father"s purchase and was my purchase but falsely deprived of it by good friends with all the rents due from the time of my father's decease until the time that it is possessed again, excepting only what; already has been bequeathed.
      That my four youngest sons, Joseph, William, Francis Ignatious and Walter Coombes, when they arrive at age 18, should be advised by their elder brothers, That my son Bennett or Thomas Whorton Coombes to take care of them.

Mary Anne Hamilton, Anne Steuart and Annastatia Hamilton, £20 each and son Francis Ignatius Coomes to have equal part of above land with his two brothers, if he dies his heirs to have only £30.

      Indenture made March 16, 1767; between Bennett Combes, Drussilla Combes his wife, {Thomas Davis, Elizabeth Culver} and Rebecca Quick of Frederick County, Maryland {of the one part and Francis Ignatius Coombes; {Whereas Henry Culver by his} last will and testament did devise a tract called "Pitchcroft" lying in PGCo to be sold and equally divided amongst his daughters, Drussilla Culver, Ann Culver, Rebecca Culver, Elizabeth Culver and Cassandra Culver. And whereas the said Drussilla, Ann, Rebecca and Elizabeth being arrived to the age of 21 years have agreed to dispose of the aforesaid tract of land. Now this indenture witnesseth that Bennett Combs and Drussilla Combs his wife, Thomas Davis, Elizabeth Culver and Rebecca Quirk in consideration of 115 pounds current money paid by {Francis} Ignatius Coombes have sold the tract called "Pitchcroft" containing 156 acres.
