Children of ELIZABETH WILLIAMS and RICHARD DUCKETT are:
i. BARUCH DUCKETT died 2 OCT 1810. He married MARY BOWIE BEANES, daughter of WILLIAM BEANES and MARY BOWIE.
ii. RACHEL DUCKETT. She married THOMAS WILLIAMS 1769, son of THOMAS WILLIAMS and CAVE KING. He was born 1745, and died 1785.
iii. ANNE DUCKETT was born 11 SEP 1736 in Prince George's COUNTY, MARYLAND, and died 1815 in Prince George's COUNTY, MARYLAND. She married WILLIAM HALL. He was born 1735, and died 1791.
iv. CHARITY DUCKETT was born 10 JUN 1740, and died BEF. 1785. She married THOMAS BOYD 24 JUN 1757 in QUEEN ANNE'S PARISH, ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND.
v. THOMAS DUCKETT was born 26 MAR 1743, and died 2 DEC 1806. He married PRISCILLA BOWIE 1768, daughter of ALLEN BOWIE , SR. and Anne FRASER. She was born 30 JUL 1750, and died 3 JUN 1786.
vi. JACOB DUCKETT was born 23 OCT 1751. He married MARY MEEK CLAGGETT 4 MAY 1799 in Prince George's COUNTY, MARYLAND. She was born 24 FEB 1771, and died 9 APR 1816.
DUCKETT, Richard I., M. D., of P, G. County, died Nov., 1801, of a long inflammatory fever, a member of the board of medical examiners for the western shore. (July 1, 1802)

Release. Thomas Prather of PG, planter, for divers good causes, has released to Richard Duckett of PG, planter, all of sd Prather's right to part of a tract of land called Spriggs Request (in his Lordships Manor upon Collington) formerly laid out for Phillip Prather by a division made by agreement between him and his brother, John Smith Prather and the sd Thomas Prather, bounded by a bounded hickory standing near the North East Branch of the Western Branch of Patuxent River, containing 98.75 acres, and now in possession of sd Duckett. Signed Mar 14, 1742/43 - Thos Prather. Wit - Joseph Chapline*, Thos Owen*. This deed was acknowledged by Thomas Prather and Elizabeth, his wife. Recorded Mar 24, 1742/[43].

Indenture made October 12, 1765; William Denune and Elizabeth Denune his wife, in consideration of 100 pounds sterling money of Great Britain paid by Richard Duckett, planter has sold a tract called "Samuel's Choice" containing 100 acres and bounded by a tract belonging to the late Henry Odell and the line of Richard Butt's land. This Indenture made this twenty third Day of October in the Year
of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Seventy Between Richard
Duckett and thomas Williams Son and Heir at Law of Thomas Williams
late Deceased of Prince Georges County of the one part and Francis
Bealmear of Ann Arundel County of the other part Witnesseth that the said
Richard Duckett and Thomas Williams son and Heir at Law of Thomas
Williams deceased as aforesaid for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two
Hundred and fifty five Pounds Eighteen Shillings and nine pence Sterling
Money to them in hand being well and truly paid by the said Francis
Bealmear at and upon the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
the receipt whereof they the said Richard Duckett and Thomas Williams
son and Heir at Law of the said Thomas Williams do and each of them
doth hereby acknowledge and therewith confess themselves and each of them
fully content and satisfied They have granted bargained and sold aliened
enfeoffed conveyed and confirmed and do and each of them Doth
hereby for himself and themselves and their respective Heirs grant bargain
and sell alien enfeoff convey and confirm unto him the said Francis
Bealmear his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that part of a Tract
or Parcel of Land called Valentines Garden enlarged The said part beginning
Tract of land lying and being in Frederick County being part of a
at the end of the third Line of the Original Tract and running thence
with the out Lines of the same West North West seventy Perches then
South West by South two hundred and six Perches then North sixty two
degrees West Twelve Perches then North ninety five Perches then West fifty
Perches then North Twenty Degrees East Two hundred and twenty Perches

both of them Parties to this Deed as aforesaid of into or out of the said Land and
every part and parcel thereof with its Appurtenances as aforesaid To have and
to Hold the said Parcel or Tract of Land aforesaid being part of the
Valentines Garden enlarged as aforesaid with each and every of its Appurtenances
and Improvements hereby granted bargained and Sold or intended so to be by
these Presents unto him the said Francis Bealmear his Heirs and Assigns
for ever to and for his and their sole and proper use and Behoof and to and
for none other whatsoever and the said Richard Duckett and Thomas Williams
aforesaid and each and both of Them the aforesaid Parcel of Land and every part
thereof with all and Singular its Appurtenances and Improvements of
every kind unto him the said Francis Bealmear his Heirs and Assigns
from and against them the said Richard Duckett and Thomas Williams
aforesaid and each and both of them and their respective Heirs and all
Persons claiming or to Claim by from or under them or either of them and their
Heirs shall and will Warrant and for ever hereafter well and truly defend by
these Presents And more over they the said Richard Duckett and Thomas Williams
aforesaid and each and both and either of them and their respective Heirs
shall and will at the reasonable Instance and request and at the Proper
Cost and Charge of him the said Francis Bealmear and his Heirs make do
and Execute or cause to be made done and Executed any other Deed or
Conveyance containing the Covenants and Warranty for the better Surety and
sure making of the aforesaid Parcel of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances
thereof unto him the said Francis Bealmear and his Heirs as by him or them
or the said Richard Duckett and Thomas Williams aforesaid and each and
both or either of them and their respective Heirs shall or may be reasonably
Devised Advised or required In Witness whereof the Parties to these
Presents first above named have and each and both of them hath hereunto

Lordships Justices of the Peace for Prince Georges County Court Richard
Duckett and Thomas Williams Son and Heir at Law of Thomas Williams
Late Deceased of Prince Georges County Parties to the within Deed and
acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed and the Tract or
Parcel of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances herein mentioned
to be the Absolute Estate and Property of the within named Francis
Bealmear his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent
and meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case
made and Provided At the same Time Came Elizabeth the wife of Richard
Duckett and Casey Williams the wife of Thomas Williams Deceased as
also Rachel the wife of Thomas Williams Son and Heir at Law of the
aforesaid Thomas Williams Deceased and being each of them severally
and respectively Examined by us (the wife of said Richard Duckett
and the wife of s.d Thomas Williams Son and Heir at Law of Thomas
Williams Deceased aforesaid (out of the Hearing of their said Husbands)
Declared each of them that they Voluntarily and freely renounced and
relinquished all Right Claim and Pretention of Dower of in and to and
out of the aforesaid Parcel of Land and Premises with the
Appurtenances thereof and that they did this and made this Acknowledgment
without any Dread or Fear of their respective Husbands Richard
Duckett and Thomas Williams Son and Heir at Law of Thomas
Williams aforesaid Deceased and that they were not compelled
thereto by them through Force or Threats or Dread of Incuring their
Displeasure The above Acknowledgment taken and certified by
