Bequeaths to:
1. William Henry Sotheron --grandson (of Charles County)
-to have the sum of 500 pounds current money of Maryland to be paid to him by the testator's daughters Henrietta Beanes Clagett and Caroline Marbury and should he die before arriving at age 21, then the money is to be returned to the estate
2. "Chloe" --Negro woman
-she and her 4 children "William" "Thomas" "John" and "Rachel" to have their freedom and "Rachel" not to be free until she arrives at the age of 21 and to be under the care of the testator's daughter Caroline and the children are to be bound out to some frade as testator's daughters and executor think most useful and also they are to be maintained by the testator's daughters until that time
3. Caroline Marbury --daughter
-to have Negro boy "Elick" Negro woman "Lett" and Negro woman "Sook" and to be considered as her part of the estate
4. Henrietta Beanes Clagett --daughter
-she and testator's daughter Caroline to have all the testator's real estate and to hold in tenants in common and not as joint tenants
-remainder of the personal estate to be divided between Henrietta and Caroline in equal portions with that part of the estate already given Henrietta at her marriage to be included in her share of the estate
5. Colmore Beans

-named as joint executors and instructed that the estate be kept together until the profits from the same are able to pay the testator's debts

Indenture made September 2, 1768; Luke Marbury, merchant in consideration of 205 pounds 12 shillings and 6 pence currency paid by James Liber, churgeon has sold part of a tract called "Wheeler's Hope" lying on Piscattaway Branch containing 117 ½ acres beginning at a bounded maple and white oak standing on Piscattaway Main Branch. Signed Luke Marbury in the presence of and acknowledged before Thomas Hanson Marshall, George Hardey, Jr.

Indenture made , March 28, 1770; Luke Marbury, merchant in consideration of 226 pounds 18 shillings currency paid by James Bonifant, Jr., planter has sold part of two tracts, one called "Inclosure" the other called "Prevention" containing 187 acres and bounded by the part of the said two tracts now in possession of lands of Nathaniel Newton; and part of a tract called "Piscattaway Forrest" containing 24 ¾ acres and bounded by the Cool Spring Branch. Signed Luke Marbury, James Bonifant, Jr. in the presence of and acknowledged before George Hardy, Jr., John Baynes and at the same time Elizabeth Marbury the mother of Luke Marbury relinquished her right of dower
